Sweet Chilli Tofu Salad

A light & healthy salad starring our Sweet Chilli Sauce! Perfect for lunch or dinner.


500g tofu, diced
4 spring onions

1 tbsp oil

1/2 cucumber
1 carrot
1 cooked beetroot
2 radishes
2 tbsp Dr. Will's Sweet Chilli Sauce
1 limes, juiced
Spring onions, to garnish


  1. Add oil to a saucepan and fry your tofu until golden.

  2. Add chopped spring onions and sweet chilli to the pan and fry for 4-5 minutes.

  3. Meanwhile grate the carrot, thinly slice the cucumber & radishes, and cut the beetroot into small wedges.

  4. To serve, add cut vegetables to a dish and drizzle over lime juice.

  5. Place tofu on top of the vegetables. Drizzle with sweet chilli & chopped spring onions.
