Introducing our Hot Hummus Pizza made in collaboration with Holy Moly. INGREDIENTS: 1 red pepper ½ red onion 1 pizza base 75g Holy Moly Harissa Hummus 100g feta 50g tinned sweetcorn 2 tsp Dr. Will’s Buffalo Hot Sauce METHOD: Preheat oven to 210°C/Fan 190°C. Chop red pepper and red onion into small strips and add to a frying pan with a small amount of oil and cook until softened. Top the pizza base with Harissa Hummus. Layer with cooked red pepper & onion. Sprinkle over feta and sweetcorn over pizza. Cook for 8-10 minutes. Drizzle over Buffalo Hot Sauce and serve.
