Introducing our Texas BBQ Loaded Nachos made in collaboration with Holy Moly. INGREDIENTS: 120g tortilla chips 200g tinned tomatoes 15 black olives 100g sour cream 150g Holy Moly Red Pepper & Jalapeño Guacamole 2 tbsp Dr. Will’s Barbecue Sauce To serve: chopped parsley METHOD: Preheat oven to 210°C/Fan 190°C. Add tortilla chips to a baking tray. Layer chips with remaining ingredients. Cook in preheated oven for 10-20 minutes or until slightly browned. Sprinkle fresh parsley over the top & enjoy.
