Dr. Will's x Holy Moly Texas BBQ Loaded Nachos

Introducing our Texas BBQ Loaded Nachos made in collaboration with Holy Moly.


  • 120g tortilla chips

  • 200g tinned tomatoes

  • 15 black olives

  • 100g sour cream

  • 150g Holy Moly Red Pepper & Jalapeño Guacamole

  • 2 tbsp Dr. Will’s BBQ Sauce

  • To serve: chopped parsley


  1. Preheat oven to 210°C/Fan 190°C.
  2. Add tortilla chips to a baking tray. Layer chips with remaining ingredients.
  3. Cook in preheated oven for 10-20 minutes or until slightly browned.
  4. Sprinkle fresh parsley over the top & enjoy.
