Dr. Will's x Nice Rice Sriracha Mayo Rice Bowl

Introducing our Sriracha Mayo Rice Bowl made in collaboration with Nice Rice.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 pack Nice Rice Pure Basmati

  • 1 tbsp Dr. Will’s Sriracha Mayo

  • ½ cucumber, thinly sliced

  • ½ avocado, cubed

  • 1 salmon fillet, cubed

  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard

  • Sesame seeds, to garnish

METHOD:

  1. Cut salmon into cubes, coat in dijon mustard and bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
  2. Cook rice as per package instructions in microwave.
  3. Assemble bowl starting with rice, cucumber, avocado and cooked salmon.
  4. Drizzle sriracha mayo across bowl & garnish with sesame seeds.
