Preheat oven to 180C.

Add butter to a pan and heat until melted, add in sriracha, honey & soy sauce and keep on a low heat. Make sure to stir continuously.

Spread out nut mix evenly on a lined baking tray. Pour over sauce mix and stir until all nuts are evenly covered.

Add to oven and bake for 15 minutes.
