Mexican inspired Corn

We can guarantee that this will be your new favourite way to eat corn.

We’ve used our classic mayonnaise and a sprinkling of Rooted Spices House Blend to make a simple version of this Mexican street food classic.

Serve these alongside a Mexican feast or alone as a delicious starter.

Method:

Steam the corn for 5-10 minutes until cooked through.

Brush the melted butter over the corn until they’re well coated.

Spoon over the Dr Will’s mayonnaise, and a good pinch of Rooted Spices House Blend.

Squeeze over a little fresh lime juice, and add salt and pepper to taste. Simple!
