Our Story

So where did it all begin?

Dr Will Breakey and Josh Rose met at a Crossfit class in Newcastle. As a Doctor and a restaurateur, they came to the realisation that good, natural condiments - free from refined sugar, additives and preservatives - simply weren't available in the condiments aisle. 


They got to work and before too long, had created a range of great tasting, all natural sauces. They tested them on friends and family at Will’s wedding, and Josh trialled them in his restaurant. Luckily their friends raved about them and soon after, Dr Will's was formed.

What are we up to now?

Fast forward a year, Dr Will’s has upped sticks from our Northern roots and set up camp in London, where the food scene is thriving. 


Since our launch we’ve now grown to a team of four full-time condiment connoisseurs in a co-working space in Vauxhall, where we’re working on spreading the Dr Will’s message as far and wide as possible.

What's it all about?

It’s simple really. Our vision is to unprocess processed food. 


We learned that the leading brands' sauces were loaded with sugar and artificial ingredients. This is completely unnecessary and we think that great food deserves great condiments. 


So, we’ve taken out all the bad bits that aren't needed in a sauce, and kept all the good stuff.
