Chickpea & Ketchup Curry
A quick and easy curry, starring our Tomato Ketchup!
INGREDIENTS for 4:-
1 red onion
2 tbsp oil
2 tsp ginger puree
1 tsp garlic puree
1 tsp chilli flakes
2 tbsp curry powder
400g tinned chickpeas
5 tbsp Dr. Will's Tomato Ketchup
1 lemon, juiced
To serve: rice, limes, corianders
Method

Heat oil in a frying pan over a medium heat and cook chopped onion until soft.

Add in the ginger, garlic, chilli and curry powder, cook for 1-2 minutes.

Add the chickpeas, ketchup and stir. Add enough water to loosen the sauce.

Simmer gently for five minutes.

Stir and add the lemon juice.

Serve with rice, lime & coriander.
