Chickpea & Ketchup Curry

A quick and easy curry, starring our Tomato Ketchup!


1 red onion
2 tbsp oil
2 tsp ginger puree
1 tsp garlic puree
1 tsp chilli flakes
2 tbsp curry powder
400g tinned chickpeas
5 tbsp Dr. Will's Tomato Ketchup
1 lemon, juiced
To serve: rice, limes, corianders


  1. Heat oil in a frying pan over a medium heat and cook chopped onion until soft.

  2. Add in the ginger, garlic, chilli and curry powder, cook for 1-2 minutes.

  3. Add the chickpeas, ketchup and stir. Add enough water to loosen the sauce.

  4. Simmer gently for five minutes.

  5. Stir and add the lemon juice.

  6. Serve with rice, lime & coriander.
