An easy healthy vegan dish starring ourSriracha sauce. This Mexican-inspired dish is great for all the family!
INGREDIENTS for 4:-
300g tinned chickpeas 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp cumin 1 tsp paprika 1 tbsp Dr. Will's Sriracha To serve: corn tortillas, red cabbage, avocado, red onion, lime, coriander & vegan sour cream
Method
In a small saucepan, combine chickpeas, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, paprika and sriracha (add extra to your taste!). Heat over a medium heat until warmed through.
Warm the tortillas on the stove over an open flame to char the edges.
Layer each corn tortilla with chickpeas, red cabbage, avocado, red onion and top with sour cream, a squeeze of lime & chopped coriander.
